Waterlining the second

Breeding heat in my hometown Luebeck and I luckily got some time to meet up with friends. Therefore we started another funny waterline jamsession at a local lake. This time a friend of mine took his camera equipment with him and we made some funny videos and pictures. As it turned darker the idea was born to have a little night flash photo session. Interested how it turned out? Then check out the images attached below. The videos will be shown in my summer mashup coming soon!

Waterlining in Lübeck

The summer finally reached Germany. And as every year with good temperatures the wind, which makes us watersport addicts so happy, is vanishing. Anyways there are many other things one can do even if there is no wind at all. For example Stand Up Paddling, Freeclimbing, Wakeboarding or Slacklining. And this is what we did this weekend!

I gathered some friends and met at a local lake in Lübeck. We placed a grill, got three slacklines up on the land and strained one over the lake. It was 25m of pure joy to walk this great line and if you fail the refreshing water welcomes you. We even had some great musicians dropping in and enjoyed great life music while slacking, talking and having a cool beer.

As the last time I was filming a little bit with my new Rollei Bullet HD and there will be a slack movie pretty soon – so stay tuned and lets hope for some wind soon! Photos are courtesy of Stev Dumröse!

Nordwandhalle summer party

Finally the summer arrived and therefore it is gonna be celebrated at the biggest climbing walls in norther Germany. Saturday we will kick off with a Bouldercontest “Elbmoves”, I will also participate to check how far I can reach my poor boulder skills. Later there will be a live band and a grill session – sound pretty mellow.

Sunday will be a big slack line event, with slack pros and different types of lines. As I am pretty much into slacking  at the moment, I am curious to test the different lines and get some tips from the good guys! Later this day there will be the Reel Rock Tour and we will have the chance to watch sick climbs and supreme action.

So this is how a weekend should be … I hope to see some of you guys over there.
