Fall storms and climbing

It has been quite a time since my last post as I was really busy getting all my university exams done which was a big time sink. And right after the last exam was over we had some big fall storms kicking in. One of the best time of the year where it was possible to kite at least 4 days a week and in between some sick Bigdays. These days on the water helped me a lot to do some nice progression landing more and more tricks in variations, like to blind and wrapped and I finally managed to land some more Blind Judges, Sbend passes and other stuff thats really on top of my level.

For the next 10 days I will be off to El Chorro in Spain for a freecliming trip – assisting in a outdoor course to each some guys how to teach rock climbing and of course climbing for my own on this nice rock! So you probably wont read anything for the next two weeks here, but stay tuned as I will do a big post with pics and maybe a small vid about the whole trip when I am back. Stay safe and rip hard!

Stormchase!

Wow the last weekend was really charming, loads of wind and quite warm. The season is definitely not over! I had two cool days – the first was in Pelzerhaken with moderate wind to start with some freestyle on my 9 and after it picked up it was pretty nice for loops. The second day was crazy – we went to Gold on Fehmarn and had some really big big winds (gusts up to 11 bft / 50+ knts) and rain. It was a quite challenging big air session. Didn’t have the balls to loop my 7 .

And the best thing is that we have a lot more windy days coming . Probably the whole weekend we will have superb conditions to kite the baltic sea. So lets hope we also have some nice weather with it to make some pics and vids. Stay safe guys and see you on the water .
